Will Storebridger still charge 4% of the total cost if my order is not fulfilled?

When the buyer's order is not fulfilled and eventually requests a refund, only the total amount of items is refunded. Storebridger retains the 4% charge as it has fulfilled the third-party responsibility of keeping the buyer's fund safe.
