How long do I have to review the item I received before payment is made to the seller?

All contracts have a review duration period agreed upon by both parties (buyer and seller). Please do check the contracts well for the timeframe you have to review the order after receiving it.

Also, once you receive the product and click on “I received item” on the order contract flow, you will see a countdown showing the time left for you to review all the clauses.

Note that when this period elapses and there is no review from the buyer’s end, payment will be made to the seller.
