Managing Damaged/Unavailable Products

  1. Locate the product in the Inventory list.
  2. Click the dropdown arrow next to the "Available" field.
  3. Select "Move to Unavailable" and enter the damaged quantity.
  4. Choose the reason for unavailability from the dropdown (e.g., damaged, safety stock, etc.).
  5. Save the changes.


Alternatively:


  1. Navigate to the "Unavailable" field for the product.
  2. Click the dropdown and enter the damaged quantity.
  3. Use the "Other" field if the reason differs from the listed options.
  4. Save the changes.
The "Unavailable" count will increase, and the "Available" quantity will decrease accordingly, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
