Is the initial order contract I receive binding?
If you receive a contract from a buyer or seller, you have the liberty to review for unfavorable clauses and edit them before appending your signature. You should also notify the initial author of the changes you made to the contract.
You should only sign a contract when you are satisfied with the clauses contained in it. So, read carefully your contract before appending your signature.
Contract is only binding when both buyer and seller have their signatures duly signed on it.
